about me

I grew up in Houston Texas and always had a passion for animals and medicine at a young age. After graduating with a B.S in Animal Science with a minor in Biology in 2017 from Sam Houston University, I continued my path to become a Doctor of Veterinary at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018.  

After graduating veterinary school, I found myself in Las Vegas Nevada in 2022 where I would be an associate veterinarian for 2 years. There, I quickly gained well-rounded experience of being a general practitioner. After leaving private practice in 2024, I have been a solo relief veterinarian offering my knowledge and skills to clinics in need.

My main areas of interest in veterinary medicine include internal medicine, ultrasonography and preventive care.

When I’m not working, you can find me on road trips, hiking, at the gym, and trying to keep my houseplants alive!

Why i What i do

I believe in treating each hospital that I go to like my own.  I will do my best to work up my cases to the fullest so that it can be followed up with staff DVMs.

A strong team is very important to me and coming from being a kennel technician and vet assistant before DVM, I don’t hesitate to throw myself into the fray if needed!

I’m easily adaptable to software and protocols in the hospitals I provide service to.
